InstaPot Egg Bites

Here’s everything you need to know about these:

1. They are SCRUMPTIOUS
2. You need an insta pot
3. You need a silicone container to cook them in: I have this one

Recipe: Yields 7 egg bites

• 1/4C Cottage Cheese
• 1/4C shredded cheese of choice
• 4 eggs
• 4 Slices of Bacon

Directions

1. Cook bacon and line the bottom of egg cups with 1/2 slice
2. Mix together cottage cheese, shredded cheese, and eggs
3. Pour into molds
4. Place mold into Insta
5. STEAM for 10minutes
6. Enjoy!
